As missionaries to our local region and the world, we proclaim the good news of Jesus. Local OUTREACH
LOVE INC
Love in the Name of Christ (Love INC) is a nationally-proven model that networks local churches, volunteers, and community service organizations to better serve people in need.
CITY OUTREACH
City Outreach was established by New Horizons Church in 1999 and operated by New Horizons until December of 2009 when City Outreach was handed to First Christian Church. The ministry collaborates with churches, community organizations, and individuals to serve the people of Yamhill County - demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ by serving the charitable needs of widows, orphans, and anyone in need of household furnishings, food, clothing, personal care items, and prayer for personal needs.
VINE MEDICAL
Vine Medical is a community health clinic specializing in pregnancy confirmation, decision-making, and referrals. We are here to serve both women and men and strive to make sure you feel valued, safe, and heard. All our services are provided free to our patients, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Our patients are never charged for any of our services, and we never financially benefit from the decisions our patients make.
Global OUTREACH
CENTRAL ASIA*
Reaching the "least-reached" people groups of the world has been a focal point of the mission activity of New Horizons Church for the last 20 years. We presently have one family sent out from NHC serving in Central Asia. They live in a Muslim nation with a near "zero tolerance" policy of the government. This means that all ministry takes place secretly in homes and they must walk wisely to maximize the opportunities they can find to connect with the Muslim people of that region.

MISSIONARY TRAINING FOR MUSLIM NATIONS
New Horizons also supports a missionary couple with over 20 years of experience in the field, they’re presently living in the United States, training dozens of missionaries each year who have been called to serve Muslim people in numerous nations of Central and SE Asia.
NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP CAMBODIA
The Khmer people group of Cambodia is one of the least-reached people groups in the world. Since 1994, New Horizons Church has supported Chuck and Cynde McCaul and their family who were sent to Phenom Penh, Cambodia. Their son Jesse and his wife Soar, now oversee New Life Fellowship Cambodia and over 100 staff who are training leaders, planting churches around the country, ministering to children at risk, and other powerful ministries that are impacting cities. Over 10,000 lives have been transformed by the power of Christ through this ministry.

Mike and Vangi have been married for over 30 years, they have six children and four grandchildren. They have been a part of New Horizons Church for 30-plus years serving in various capacities.
