EVENT: Mobility & Strength Training Class - Learn to improve strength, balance, and mobility for lifelong wellness.
FACILITATOR: Vangi Taron will share simple strength and mobility movements, customizable to all fitness levels, that can be used daily to enhance well-being.
REGISTRATION: This is a free class, however registration is required.
WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothes, shoes & light hand-held weights are needed (2 small cans of soup are sufficient).
