THE PURPOSE OF NEW HORIZONS BASICS
The Basics Class is an opportunity to get to know our Senior Leaders, Galen and Danette Gingerich, and to hear about the story of NHC and what God is doing presently.
The Basics Class is also a requirement for all who desire to become a member of New Horizons and be involved in a ministry of the church. Teenagers 16 years and older are encouraged to attend this class so that they can be involved in using their gifts in serving.
New Friendships - An opportunity to meet other newcomers and build some new friendships at New Horizons Church. There will be time to share around the table in the classroom and over lunch and breaks.
The Journey - An opportunity to get to know our Lead Pastors Galen and Danette, and learn about the journey of New Horizons, our Core Values, Beliefs, and Vision for the future. Each person will receive a notebook.
Your Involvement - An opportunity to discover how and where you can fit in and use your life experience and gifts to serve the church family and the community.
NOTES:
Bring your Bibles and a pen.
Sorry, childcare is not available at these classes - however, nursing infants will be okay.
